Job summary

D24 Search is seeking a founding engineer to join our enterprise AI platform on a remote basis in the United States. You will own core platform development for agents, memory, and workflow execution, working directly with experienced leadership.

You will operate across product and infrastructure in a true 0-to-1 environment, turning early customer traction into a durable, scalable AI-powered product with fast iteration across layers.

Qualifications

• 0- to- 1 experience as founder or early engineer at a VC-funded startup.
• Immersed in AI development; passionate about AI-powered coding.
• 3–7 years of full-stack engineering experience in AI-native setups.
• ML background with shipped AI features in production.
• Experience in AI labs/open-source environments will help.
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree.
• AI-native with familiarity with LLM APIs, RAG, agent orchestration or evals.
• Comfortable interfacing with customers for discovery and debugging.

Responsibilities

• Lead core platform development for agents, memory, and workflows.
• Own end-to-end product ownership from discovery to launch.
• Collaborate across product, infrastructure, and customer workflows.
• Help shape technical architecture and engineering practices.
