Job summary

EliseAI in Austin, TX is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our pre-sales and implementation team. You will own the technical work stream from presales through go-live for our most strategic enterprise customers.

The ideal candidate has hands-on technical ability, cross-functional collaboration skills with Engagement Managers and Customer Success Managers, and a drive to build scalable, repeatable implementation playbooks that deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in solutions engineering, implementation engineering, or related presales/post-sales role.
• Proven track record owning technical implementation for enterprise customers.
• Strong foundation: APIs, system integrations, data flows; SQL and BI tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own technical implementation end-to-end across enterprise accounts from presales to go-live.
• Partner with Engagement Managers and Customer Success Managers to deliver a coordinated experience.
• Drive technical discovery by mapping workflows and translating into implementation plans.
• Configure and activate EliseAI platform to meet customer needs, applying deep product knowledge.
• Develop and present best-practice recommendations tailored to each customer.
• Build expertise across multiple verticals and become a go-to product resource.
• Contribute to internal assets like playbooks and onboarding frameworks.
• Identify and mitigate risks in deployments before they escalate.
