Job summary

Transform AI, the first AI-native platform for end-to-end digital transformation, is seeking a Founding Account Executive to own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close. You’ll partner with the CRO and collaborate across product, engineering, marketing, and delivery to drive outcomes with systems integrators and enterprises.

This remote role is foundational as we scale: write the playbook, land reference customers, build strategic relationships, and set the standard for how Transform

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle closing experience in B2B SaaS and/or professional services.
• Familiarity with systems integrators, professional services, and PMO environments.
• Comfortable running demos and engaging with technical buyers.
• Remote-ready with strong self-management and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle revenue—from prospecting to close.
• Lead heavy outbound and set the pace.
• Run discovery and product demos for diverse audiences.
• Craft solutions in collaboration with product, engineering, and delivery.
• Operate as an AI-native seller leveraging agents and automation.
• Consultative partnership to SIs and understand engagements and P&L.
• Translate market feedback into positioning and roadmap priorities.
