Featherless AI is seeking a founding member of the US/CA GTM team to drive pipeline development and engagement with AI startups, developers, and enterprises. You should blend technical insight with entrepreneurial drive to advance open-model deployment conversations.

This role emphasizes building relationships, managing inbound requests, and running outreach sequences while collaborating with executives on GTM strategy and partnerships.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in Sales, Developer Relations, or Entrepreneurship.
• Comfortable engaging technical audiences (developers, founders, researchers).
• AI power user.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Entrepreneurial and self-driven — you operate independently and get things done.

Responsibilities

• Build & qualify pipeline across enterprises and AI startups.
• Manage inbound requests through chat and email.
• Manage outreach sequences and automations (HubSpot, Clay, Reply.io, n8n).
• Re-engage existing sign-ups and subscribers; identify high-value users.
• Track CRM, pipeline metrics, and weekly reporting.
• Attend events to generate pipeline and establish key relationships.
