Featherless.ai is seeking a founding Business Development Rep for the US/CA market. This role blends technical insight with entrepreneurial drive, working at the nexus of AI, communication, and execution.

As a founding GTM member, you will build pipeline, engage developers and startups, manage inbound, and shape partnerships while collaborating with execs to accelerate open-model deployment. Remote-first with US/Canada flexibility and occasional events.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years combined experience in Sales, Developer Relations, or Entrepreneurship.
• Comfortable engaging technical audiences (developers, founders, researchers).
• AI power user.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Build & qualify pipeline across enterprises and AI startups.
• Manage inbound requests through chat and email.
• Manage outreach sequences and automations (HubSpot, Clay, Reply.io, n8n).
• Re-engage existing sign-ups and subscribers; identify high-value users.
• Track CRM, pipeline metrics, and weekly reporting.
• Attend events to generate pipeline and establish key relationships.
