Job summary

Featherless.ai is seeking a founding member of the US/CA GTM team for the Founding Business Development Rep role focused on AI Cloud. This is a rare opportunity to blend technical insight with entrepreneurial drive and to shape early partnerships across enterprises, startups, and developers.

You will build pipeline, manage inbound requests, and run outbound sequences using modern tools while developing relationships with key stakeholders in a fast-moving AI ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years combined experience in Sales, Developer Relations, or Entrepreneurship.
• Able to engage technical audiences (developers, founders, researchers).
• AI power user; strong written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Build and qualify pipeline across enterprises and AI startups.
• Manage inbound requests through chat and email.
• Manage outreach sequences and automations (HubSpot, Clay, Reply.io, n8n).
• Re-engage existing sign-ups and subscribers; identify high-value users.
• Track CRM, pipeline metrics, and weekly reporting.
• Attend events to generate pipeline and establish relationships.
