Job summary

Featherless.ai is building the world’s most reliable open-model inference platform— a serverless foundation for deploying AI at scale. This is a founding member role for the US/CA GTM team, blending technical insight with entrepreneurial drive and engaging with AI startups, enterprises, and developers exploring open-model deployment.

You’ll own pipeline, manage inbound requests, and drive outreach sequences while re-engaging sign-ups and tracking metrics.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in Sales, Developer Relations, or Entrepreneurship.
• Comfortable engaging technical audiences (developers, founders, researchers).
• AI power user.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Entrepreneurial and self-driven; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Build & qualify pipeline across enterprises and AI startups.
• Manage inbound requests through chat and email.
• Manage outreach sequences and automations (HubSpot, Clay, Reply.io, n8n).
• Re-engage existing sign-ups and subscribers; identify high-value users.
• Track CRM, pipeline metrics, and weekly reporting.
• Attend events to generate pipeline and establish key relationships.
