Job summary

Featherless.ai is seeking a founding Business Development Rep for the US/CA GTM team. This role blends technical insight with entrepreneurial drive to build early partnerships with developers, startups, and enterprises exploring open-model deployment.

As a founding member, you will own pipeline creation, inbound/outbound outreach, and CRM metrics, while collaborating with execs to shape high-impact partnerships in AI cloud.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in Sales, Developer Relations, or Entrepreneurship.
• Comfortable engaging technical audiences (developers, founders, researchers).
• AI power user.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Entrepreneurial and self-driven — you operate independently.

Responsibilities

• Build & qualify pipeline across enterprises and AI startups.
• Manage inbound requests through chat and email.
• Manage outreach sequences and automations (HubSpot, Clay, Reply.io, n8n).
• Re-engage existing sign-ups and subscribers; identify high-value users.
• Track CRM, pipeline metrics, and weekly reporting.
• Attend events to generate pipeline and establish key relationships.
