Job summary

Featherless AI is building the world’s most reliable open-model inference platform for deploying AI at scale. We seek a founding US/CA GTM member who thrives at the intersection of AI, communication, and execution.

This role is not a traditional sales job—you’ll engage developers, founders, researchers, and AI startups, building a viable pipeline and establishing key relationships while working closely with execs.

Qualifications

• Combined 1-2 years experience in Sales, Developer Relations, or Entrepreneurship.
• Comfortable engaging technical audiences (developers, founders, researchers).
• AI power user with strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Entrepreneurial and self-driven; capable of independent work.

Responsibilities

• Build & qualify pipeline across enterprises and AI startups.
• Manage inbound requests through chat and email.
• Manage outreach sequences and automations (HubSpot, Clay, Reply.io, n8n).
• Re-engage existing sign-ups and subscribers; identify high-value users.
• Track CRM, pipeline metrics, and weekly reporting.
• Attend events to generate pipeline and establish key relationships.
