Job summary

Featherless is seeking a founding member for its US/CA GTM team to drive sales and partnerships in the AI cloud space. You will engage with model creators, AI startups, and developers to build and scale open-model deployment collaborations.

This role is remote across the US and Canada, with opportunities to travel for events and strategic meetings. A technical, entrepreneurial mindset and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in Sales, Developer Relations or Entrepreneurship.
• Comfortable engaging technical audiences (developers, founders, researchers).
• AI power user.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English — concise, credible, human.
• Entrepreneurial and self-driven — you operate independently and get things done.

Responsibilities

• Build & qualify pipeline across enterprises and AI startups.
• Manage inbound requests through chat and email.
• Manage outreach sequences and automations (HubSpot, Clay, Reply.io, n8n).
• Re-engage existing sign-ups and subscribers; identify high-value users.
• Track CRM, pipeline metrics, and weekly reporting.
• Attend events to generate pipeline and establish key relationships.
