Job summary

Fact Base Inc. is a hyper-growth Series C manufacturing tech company launching its primary U.S. sales engine from Cincinnati. We seek a Founding Account Executive to own high-velocity, short-cycle SaaS deals, run 100 cold calls and 4–5 on-site visits weekly, and build a scalable U.S. sales machine.

You will be based on-site in Cincinnati, Ohio, with a hybrid travel plan and substantial earning potential through base plus commissions, mentoring, and leadership opportunities as the team grows.

Qualifications

• Proven field closer in B2B SaaS, industrial tech, manufacturing, or high-volume commercial sales.
• Relentless resilience with a structured PDCA approach and ability to handle rejection.
• Self-reliant with strong logistics, time management, and scheduling skills.
• High ownership mindset with clear 3–5 year career plan and daily execution discipline.

Responsibilities

• High-volume outreach and field execution: 100 cold calls on office days; 4–5 on-site visits.
• Travel setup with a two-week rotation: Ohio territory plus out-of-state territory.
• Own logistics, schedules, and PDCA cycles without hand-holding.
• Drive a high-velocity, short-cycle sales environment and close fast.
