Fyxer is seeking a Founding Account Executive for New Business to own the full sales cycle from first touch to close. The role targets enterprise accounts where a single user can unlock a 500-employee organization.

You’ll craft pitches, sequences, and objection handling; train future reps on the winning playbook and scale the process as revenue grows. Remote in the US, uncapped commissions, equity, and high OTE accompany the base.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of closing 30+ deals in the last 12 months.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience without a playbook or built one from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from first touch to close with no handoffs.
• Discovery, demos, pricing, and negotiation with enterprise prospects.
• Draft pitches, sequences, objection handling and qualification criteria.
