Qualifications

• Must have closed at least 30 deals in the last 12 months.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across levels.
• Ability to operate without a playbook or to build one where none exists.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle: first touch, discovery, demos, pricing, and close.
• Develop pitch materials, sequences, and objection handling.
• Identify patterns to enable scale across the sales team.
