You will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing and onboarding—while developing a DACH GTM strategy and building expertise in staffing and recruiting messaging. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in full-cycle B2B sales.
• Cold-calling and closing experience, with a phone-first sales approach.
• Native or C2-level German fluency and the ability to sell effectively to DACH clients.
• Experience selling HR technology or recruiting software to staffing agencies or temporary employment firms in the DACH region.
• A business school background or equivalent commercial training.
• A self-directed approach and comfort building a sales motion from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales from prospecting and outreach through product demos, negotiation, closing, and onboarding.
• Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the DACH market.
• Build expertise in staffing and recruiting to shape customer positioning and messaging.
• Share customer feedback with the founding team to improve product-market fit and the sales approach.
