Job summary

Clera Labs, Inc. is seeking a results-driven sales professional to own the go-to-market motion for the DACH region from a remote base in Orlando, FL.

You will lead full-cycle B2B sales, from prospecting to closure and onboarding, targeting staffing agencies and temporary employment firms with a phone-first approach. Ideal candidates have 3–6 years in full-cycle B2B sales, fluent German (C2), and a background in HR technology or recruiting software.

Qualifications

• Three to six years of full-cycle B2B sales experience.
• Cold-calling and closing experience with phone-first approach.
• Native or C2-level German fluency for selling to DACH clients.
• Experience selling HR technology or recruiting software to staffing agencies in DACH.
• Business school background or equivalent commercial training.
• Self-directed approach to build a sales motion from the ground up.

Responsibilities
