Job summary

Workmotion is seeking a Junior Account Executive for the DACH region (German-speaking) to drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding talent. This remote role requires native German and fluent English, with a data-driven, outbound mindset and comfort using AI-powered tools and CRM systems.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compliant, compelling value propositions for German companies and to accelerate deal momentum in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• German native with business-fluent English.
• BDR/SDR or target-driven, customer-facing experience.
• Experience leading discovery conversations to identify needs.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows and CRM tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle in Germany from first conversation to onboarded talent.
• Uncover prospects' needs and build a compelling value case for compliant hiring.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal and leadership to move deals forward.
• Create and maintain momentum in the pipeline with BDR support.
