Jobbatical is seeking an Account Executive to build a high-velocity sales machine in the German (DACH) market. You will hunt, prospect, and convert HR leaders into enterprise opportunities, leveraging a pre-existing network to accelerate pipeline creation.

You will own the full sales cycle—from discovery to closing—while operating in a fully remote setup. Fluent German and English are essential, with a track record in HR tech/Global Mobility and a strong startup mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B SaaS/Services sales experience strictly within HR Tech, HR Services, WorkTech, or Global Mobility in the German market.
• A strong, active, and pre-existing Rolodex of HR directors and People Ops decision-makers in Germany (DACH).
• Native or business-fluent German (C2) paired with professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Build Your Own Pipeline: map, prospect, and outbound outreach to create a pipeline from scratch.
• Leverage Your HR Rolodex: activate warm connections to book discovery calls in Germany.
• Execute Event-Led Sales: drive prospects to regional breakfasts and executive webinars in major cities.
• Deliver High-Impact Demos: conduct consultative discovery and product presentations for HR teams.
• Maintain Pipeline Hygiene: manage the Pipedrive pipeline with accurate close-dates and deal stages.
