Job summary

OpsArmy is seeking a high-performing Startup Operator acting as an Executive Assistant to support the Founder of a fast-moving investment firm. This role is an EA++ / Founder Support position, not a traditional EA, and requires working directly with a founder in a dynamic, ambiguity-filled startup environment.

You will anticipate needs, protect the Founder’s time, and push projects forward, with potential expansion into operations and broader business support as trust grows.

Qualifications

• Direct experience supporting a founder, entrepreneur, or senior executive.
• Strong startup experience in fast-moving environments.
• Excellent written and spoken English with polished communication.
• Self-directed, proactive, and able to work with ambiguity.
• Ability to anticipate needs and protect the owner's time.

Responsibilities

• Manage Founder's inbox, calendar, and travel logistics.
• Prepare for meetings with organized materials and context.
• Coordinate meetings across time zones.
• Represent the Founder professionally to external stakeholders.
• Support operations and project coordination as scope expands.
