Job summary

OpsArmy is seeking a high-performing startup operator who will own Executive Assistant responsibilities to support the Founder. This is an EA++ role, not a traditional admin position, requiring comfort with ambiguity, rapid prioritization, and wearing multiple hats.

You will anticipate needs, protect the Founder's time, manage complex calendars, coordinate across time zones, and collaborate on operations, projects, and processes as the business scales.

Qualifications

• Direct experience supporting a founder or senior executive.

Responsibilities

• Manage Founder's inbox and calendar.
• Coordinate multi-time-zone meetings.
• Travel planning and logistics for work trips.
• Draft professional emails and communications.
• Support operations and project coordination as needed.

• Coordinate with external stakeholders.
• Own projects and drive them to completion.
