Job summary

DOSS in NYC is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Product Manager to lead ERP implementations across upper mid-market and enterprise clients, translating complex operations into actionable configurations on the DOSS ERP platform.

You will work directly with client leadership, embed in their workflows, and drive discovery through go-live, leveraging AI tooling to optimize delivery and automate processes.

Qualifications

• SQL experience is a plus.
• Fluent with AI tools and excited about applying them to real operational problems.
• Executive presence and communication skills for director-level client interactions.
• Systems thinker who can untangle complex problems across people/process/tech.
• Experience thriving in fast-moving environments such as startups or consulting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation lifecycles across upper mid-market and enterprise clients.
• Conduct cross-functional deep dives to map business processes and surface requirements.
• Translate operational and financial workflows into data models, product configurations, and integrations on the DOSS platform.
• Build new product capabilities to support enterprise-scale deployments.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and data migrations.
• Own client relationships at operator and director level; support executive relationships and escalations.
• Drive retention and expansion by turning implementations into client advocacy.
