Job summary

DOSS is seeking a Forward Deployed Product Manager to join the Forward Deployed Services team, intersecting product, data, operations, implementation and customer partnership. You will own the entire post-sales ERP lifecycle from discovery to go-live for enterprise clients.

You will work across discovery, design, build/configuration, and UAT, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver value and drive customer success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in engineering, consulting, finance, operations, product operations or technical program management at a tech company; ERP experience is a plus.
• Systems thinking required to navigate interconnected people, process, and tech.
• High-intensity experience in startups, consulting, or finance in demanding roles.
• Technical problem-solving from first principles, not memorization.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to synthesize complex information.
• SQL experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end post-sales lifecycle across discovery, design, product implementation and go-live for larger clients.
• Map end-to-end business processes and workflows through cross-functional dives.
• Build new product capabilities within the DOSS ERP platform.
• Contribute to best practices and process improvements across the team.
• Translate process flows into product design and configuration within the DOSS platform.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and data migrations for implementations.
• Support UAT, training, go-live, and foster client relationships to drive retention and upsell.
• Drive AI and automation initiatives to improve product and lifecycle processes.
