Job summary

DOSS, a San Francisco-based company, seeks a Forward Deployed Product Manager to drive ERP-related post-sales implementations for major clients. You will own discovery, design, configuration, and go-live activities, partnering with client leadership to map workflows and deliver value from the DOSS ERP platform.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on ERP implementation experience, ownership mindset, and a passion for learning.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in engineering, consulting, finance, operations, product operations or technical program management at a technology company.
• Experience working in high-pressure roles within startups, consulting, finance, etc.
• Ability to traverse and untangle highly interconnected business processes across people, process, and technology.
• Ability to synthesize and get to right answers quickly in complex scenarios.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven approach.
• Technical fundamentals from first principles to grok engineering problems.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end post-sales lifecycle from discovery, design, product implementation and go-live for major clients.
• Conduct cross-functional deep dives to map end-to-end business processes and workflows.
• Build new product capabilities to support DOSS's push to upper mid-market and enterprise clients.
• Contribute to best practices and processes across the entire team.
• Translate process flows into product design and configuration within the DOSS platform.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and data migrations for successful implementations.
• Support UAT, training, go-live, and build relationships with clients to drive retention.
