Job summary

DOSS, an AI-native ERP platform, is seeking a Forward Deployed Product Manager to lead post-sales implementation for upper mid-market and enterprise clients. You’ll own discovery, design, configuration, UAT and go-live, partnering with clients to ensure measurable value from the platform.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in engineering (industrial, process, computer), consulting, finance, operations, product operations or technical program management at a technology company; ERP experience not required.
• Systems Thinker: able to traverse interdependencies across people, process, and technology.
• High-Intensity: thrives in startup/consulting/finance environments.
• Technical from 1st Principles: comfortable with hard engineering problems.
• Intellectual Firepower: able to synthesize and get to the right answers quickly.
• Strong analytical mindset; SQL experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end post-sales lifecycle from discovery to go-live across major clients.
• Map end-to-end business processes through cross-functional deep dives.
• Build new product capabilities to support growth to upper mid-market and enterprise.
• Contribute to best practices and processes across the team.
• Translate process flows into product design and configuration in the DOSS platform.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and data migrations for implementations.
• Support UAT, training, go-live, and foster client relationships to drive retention and upsell.
• Contribute to product/process improvements via automation and AI.
