Job summary

DOSS is seeking a Lead Forward Deployed Product Manager to join the Forward Deployed Services team in San Francisco. You will own the post-sales ERP lifecycle, from discovery through go-live, across major clients, collaborating with product, data, operations and customer stakeholders.

You will design data models, workflows, and integrations, build capabilities on the DOSS ERP platform, and help drive best practices, process improvements, and client value with an emphasis on AI-enabled automation.

Qualifications

• Experience across engineering, consulting, finance, operations or product operations at a tech company.
• Ability to traverse interconnected people, process and technology systems.
• Experience in high-pressure startup or similar environments.
• Technical problem solving from first principles.
• Strong analytical reasoning and fast decision making.
• SQL experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end post-sales lifecycle from discovery to go-live for large clients.
• Map end-to-end business processes and workflows across customer organizations.
• Build new product capabilities within the DOSS ERP platform.
• Contribute to best practices and process improvements across the team.
• Translate process flows into product design and configuration.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and data migrations.
• Provide UAT, training, go-live support and foster client retention and advocacy.
• Drive initiatives to improve product and lifecycle processes via automation and AI.
