Job summary

DOSS is hiring a Senior Forward Deployed Product Manager in San Francisco to be the core driver of post-sales product operations and implementation lifecycle. You will partner with client leadership to map workflows, design data models, and configure the ERP platform for successful go-lives across major clients.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in engineering, consulting, finance, operations, product operations or technical program management at a technology company.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end post-sales lifecycle across discovery, design, implementation and go-live for major clients.
• Map end-to-end business processes and workflows across the customer organization.
• Build new product capabilities to support DOSS's push to upper mid-market and enterprise clients.
• Contribute to best practices and processes across the team.
• Translate process flows into product design and configuration within the DOSS platform.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and data migrations for successful implementations.
• Support UAT, training, go-live, and build client relationships to drive retention and potential upsell.
• Drive initiatives to improve product and customer lifecycle processes via automation and AI.
