Job summary

DOSS is seeking a Lead Forward Deployed Product Manager to join its Forward Deployed Services team, the core engine for post-sales product operations and implementations. You will partner with client leadership to analyze workflows and design data models, while building and configuring on the DOSS ERP platform.

You’ll own end-to-end ERP lifecycle for top customers, drive new capabilities, and push best practices across the team, with a focus on value delivery and customer success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in engineering, consulting, finance, operations or technical program management at a tech company.
• Systems thinking across people, process and technology.
• Experience in high-pressure startup or consulting roles.
• Technical from first principles with ability to reason from fundamentals.
• Strong analytical skills; SQL experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end post-sales lifecycle for 1-2 enterprise clients from discovery to go-live.
• Map end-to-end business processes and workflows across customer organizations.
• Build new product capabilities within the DOSS ERP platform.
• Contribute to best practices and processes across the team.
• Translate process flows into product design and configuration within the DOSS platform.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and data migrations.
• Support UAT, training, go-live, and client relationships to drive retention.
• Contribute to initiatives to drive automation and AI in the product lifecycle.
