Job summary

Crowe AI is seeking an AI Tech Lead to design, build, and deploy agent‑based AI solutions that accelerate Crowe’s Audit services. You will work hands‑on with practitioners, own the end‑to‑end delivery of AI agents, and mentor a growing team of engineers. This role emphasizes architecture, governance, and scalable platform patterns.

You will shape the agent layer with a skills‑based architecture, lead CI/CD in Azure DevOps, and collaborate across Crowe’s Audit BU to maximize impact and ROI.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 5+ years of Python development experience
• Hands‑on experience designing, developing, and productionizing AI agents or AI‑assisted workflows
• Experience leading technical projects end‑to‑end in a fast‑paced environment
• Experience deploying AI/ML solutions on major cloud platforms (Azure preferred)

Responsibilities

• Own the design, development, maintenance, and improvement of AI agents and agent‑assisted workflows across Crowe's Audit practice
• Serve as forward deployed engineer paired with an Audit SME to design agents from workflow insights
• Write, review, test, and maintain substantial Python codebases and agent resources
• Lead a small team of forward deployed engineers and guide roadmap execution
• Establish reusable engineering patterns and CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
• Mentor engineers, review code and designs, and promote cross‑team collaboration
