Crowe AI is seeking an experienced AI Tech Lead to drive design, development, and lifecycle management of AI agents accelerating Crowe's Audit services. You will work hands‑on with Python, mentor engineers, and own end‑to‑end outcomes in a forward deployed model with Audit practitioners.

You will build scalable agent patterns, lead CI/CD in Azure DevOps, and partner with architects to ensure alignment with Crowe's Audit tech ecosystem. Remote‑friendly hybrid work available.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of Python development experience.
• Hands‑on experience designing, developing, and productionizing AI agents or AI‑assisted workflows.
• Experience in cloud deployments and AI toolchains.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of AI agents and agent‑assisted workflows across Crowe's Audit practice.
• Operate as a forward deployed engineer paired with Audit SMEs, learning workflows and designing agents end‑to‑end.
• Remain hands‑on in Python development, including code reviews and maintaining agent resources.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and stakeholder communication for the agent portfolio.
• Develop modular Skills‑based architecture for reusable agent capabilities.
• Mentor engineers and lead a growing team while aligning with architectural standards.
