Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise customer environments in the San Francisco area.

You will work with a Deployment Strategist to co-build solutions that go live in production from day one. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience, customer-facing delivery experience, and fluency in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with at least one production system.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy agentic AI solutions inside customer environments from day one.
• Own end-to-end components from architecture to deployment and observability.
• Collaborate with Deployment Strategist and customers to translate challenges into agentic solutions.
• Build data pipelines on Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer data platforms.
• Develop agent performance dashboards and KPI reporting.
