Job summary

Salesforce is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise environments. You will work with a Deployment Strategist to ship production-ready solutions from day one, collaborating across data pipelines, platforms, and customer systems.

You will own end-to-end components, drive performance dashboards, and contribute to MVPs and proofs-of-concept. Travel up to 25% is expected to work directly with customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience, with at least one production system you can discuss.
• Experience in AI tech stack or full-stack development is preferred.
• Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise customer environments.
• Own end-to-end technical components from architecture to deployment and observability.
• Collaborate with Deployment Strategist to translate customer challenges into shippable solutions.
• Develop AI agents and experiences and integrate data pipelines with customer platforms.
• Create dashboards and KPI reporting to track health and outcomes.
