Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience, with at least one production system
• Experience delivering customer-facing projects, preferably in AI tech stack
• Familiarity with agent frameworks and frontier models is a plus

Responsibilities

• Ship real customer AI solutions in production.
• Design agent intelligence: prompts, reasoning, tool calls, integration with customer systems.
• Own end-to-end components from architecture to deployed production state.
• Build data pipelines with Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer data platforms.
• Create dashboards and KPI reports to track deployment health.
• Contribute to MVPs moving from sketch to deployable quickly.
• Collaborate with customers and partners, sharing best practices.
• Surface platform gaps and feed insights to product teams.
• Translate customer challenges into agentic solutions with deployment strategist.
