Job summary

Salesforce is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise environments. You will work with Deployment Strategists to co-build live production deployments and drive measurable business impact.

The role emphasizes collaboration with customers, hands-on coding, and end-to-end deployment in a dynamic, frontier AI stack. Travel ~25% is expected.

Qualifications

Production experience required; builder mindset non-negotiable.
Experience in AI tech stack and full-stack deployment is expected.
Customer-facing technical delivery experience required (consulting or services).
Experience delivering in Public Sector, Higher Education, or Nonprofit environments.
Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex; willing to expand.

Responsibilities

Develop AI agents and production solutions for large enterprises.
Design agent intelligence and integrate with customer systems.
Own components end-to-end from architecture to deployment.
Build data pipelines with Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer platforms.
Create dashboards and KPI reporting to track deployment health.
