Job summary

Salesforce is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers to design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions directly inside enterprise customer environments. You will work with a Deployment Strategist to co-build live solutions across multiple accounts, spanning configuration, customization, and full-stack deployment with measurable business impact.

In this role, you’ll ship real AI-driven components, architect data pipelines, and ensure production readiness while collaborating with product teams to drive

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience, with at least one production system.
• Prior customer-facing delivery experience required (consulting, services, or forward deployed).
• Experience delivering in Public Sector, Higher Education, or Nonprofit environments is a plus.
• Fluent in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex and willing to expand.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic AI solutions inside enterprise environments.
• Own end-to-end components from architecture to production and observability.
• Collaborate with Deployment Strategist and customers to translate challenges into deployable solutions.
• Build data pipelines and integrate with platforms like Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks.
• Prototype MVPs and proofs-of-concept to accelerate deployments.
