Job summary

McCalla Raymer Leibert Pierce LLP in Downtown Long Beach, CA seeks a hands-on professional to maintain West Coast foreclosure portfolios, processing foreclosure documents and ensuring all client systems stay up to date. You will draft, edit and format notices and deeds, coordinate with attorneys and teams, and respond promptly to client inquiries, with Monday–Friday in-office hours.

Associate degree or 1–3 years foreclosure experience is preferred; strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Teams, Excel)

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or 1-3 years foreclosure experience preferred.
• Knowledge of foreclosure processes and practices is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work with others in a congenial and team-oriented manner.
• Must possess exceptional organizational skills; the position requires multitasking and adaptability.
• Ability to read and write at a high level for proofreading and editing.
• High-level proficiency in MS Office, especially Outlook, Teams, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client portfolios and process foreclosure documents.
• Prepare, edit, and format notices, deeds, financial transactions and other foreclosure documents.
• Ensure timely delivery of outgoing mail, recordings, and document retrievals.
• Provide timely responses to a heavy volume of email correspondence.
• Take calls from borrowers, lenders, and other outside parties.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and teams.
• Provide exceptional customer service and timely status updates.
• Update the firm’s case management and client systems.
• Perform other duties as needed.
