Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Update firm's internal case management system and clients' systems accurately and consistently.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients at all levels.
• Draft and proofread legal documents as needed.
• Support attorneys in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment.
• Provide regular client status updates and timely follow-up on documents/services.
• Assist attorneys with calendar and conference preparation and settlements communications.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategy and preparation.
• Manage and organize case files (electronic and physical).
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Coordinate court appearances, motions, and other proceedings.
• Perform other duties as needed.
