Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office; Excel Power User.
• Direct forecasting experience in a highly seasonal environment with long lead times.
• Experience analyzing large data sets from multiple sources for actionable reports.
• Knowledge of demand forecasting tools and cross-functional forecasting processes (JDA, SAP, Demantra, Anaplan).
• 5+ years of experience in sales analysis or merchandise planning.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on assigned account and brands.
• Lead analysis of sales trends to improve weekly POS projections and align plans with stakeholders and retail partners.
• Determine model for evaluating item level forecasts using historical consumption, brand history and marketing programs.
• Create weekly shipping plans by item and channel to support POS plans and future orders.
• Develop product flow patterns based on seasonality, promotions, and price points.
• Present POS demand forecasts in internal meetings and provide data findings to S&OP teams to reach consensus forecasts.
• Collaborate with Buyers and Replenishment Managers in forecasting meetings and propose action plans for the season.
• Influence order process to deliver store in-stock metrics and optimize fill rate.
• Direct Direct Import execution from Asia with Customer Service in Hong Kong.
