Job summary

24 Seven Talent is seeking a highly analytical Senior Planner to support and scale a Walmart business in a fast-paced apparel environment. This role sits at the intersection of planning, merchandising, analytics, and supply chain, with direct Walmart planning responsibilities.

You will own forecasting, in-season and pre-season planning, inventory management, replenishment, and assortment analysis, partnering with Walmart Merchants and cross-functional teams to drive profitability.

• Direct Walmart planning experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Walmart Merchants and cross-functional teams to develop assortment and inventory strategies.
• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts, aligning product flow with Walmart demand and store-level opportunities.
• Lead pre-season planning, margin planning, and target setting while driving in-season optimization.
• Build scalable reporting and deliver weekly sales recaps highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead detailed store-, door-, zone-, and regional-level analysis to identify patterns and localize assortments.
• Analyze performance across Walmart brick-and-mortar and eCommerce channels.
• Manage ATS and replenishment strategies to maintain healthy inventory levels and maximize sales velocity.
• Develop and maintain weekly ladder plans by item.
