Mattel, Inc. and Subsidiaries in El Segundo, California is seeking a Sr. Demand Planner to join the Global Supply Chain’s Planning and Logistics team.

The role focuses on short-term point-of-sale performance analysis and long-term category forecasting, supporting the rollout of Anaplan and the creation of SOPs after implementation. You’ll collaborate with sales, marketing and global supply planning partners, translating data into actionable insights, and helping set service levels and processes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree and 4 years of related experience, or;
• Master's degree and 1 - 3 years of related experience;
• Thorough understanding of inventory management;
• Proven experience in demand planning and forecasting;
• Strong understanding in data analysis and statistics;
• Proficient in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
• Experience gathering and documenting process and tool requirements;
• Comfortable moderating meetings, delivering oral presentations and /or training to large groups; strong communication skills to deliver business updates and influence business decisions;
• Demonstrated growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves.
