• Proficient in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience gathering and documenting process and tool requirements.
• Comfortable moderating meetings and delivering updates to large groups.

Responsibilities

• Develop item, assortment, channel, and market demand plans using multiple data sources.
• Translate forecasts into inventory and supply requirements and update assumptions as information evolves.
• Collaborate with Ventures, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Planning, and external partners to support launches.
• Monitor early demand signals and performance to quickly distinguish signal from noise.
• Connect demand scenarios to revenue, margins, inventory, and service implications.
• Build cross-functional relationships and drive alignment across teams.
• Help establish repeatable, lightweight demand-planning processes.
