Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel skills.
• Direct forecasting experience in highly seasonal environments.
• Experience analyzing large data sets and compiling actionable reports.
• Knowledge of demand forecasting tools (JDA, SAP, Demantra, Anaplan).
• At least 5+ years in sales analysis or merchandise buying/planning.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on assigned account and brands.
• Forecast sales trends and weekly POS projections; align with stakeholders and retail partners.
• Determine models for item-level forecasts using history, inventory, and promotions.
• Create weekly shipping plans by item/channel to support POS and in-stock.
• Present data findings and action plans in cross-functional S&OP meetings.
• Influence end-to-end order process to optimize fill rate.
• Direct the Direct Import flow from Asia with Hong Kong partnerships.
