Responsibilities

• Elevate the in-store experience by coaching and supervising associates and leaders to meet KPI.
• Act as a thought partner to the Store Manager in developing and implementing store strategies.
• Deliver financial plans to drive KPI performance weekly/monthly/quarterly.
• Foster an environment of recognition and timely problem resolution for customers and staff.
• Oversee policy compliance and accurate labor management.
