Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years management experience.
• Minimum high school graduate or equivalent.
• Availability nights, weekends, holidays and shift variations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service, merchandising and omni activities to drive sales.
• Assist in inventory-related actions and store recovery.
• Support management with daily open/close and policy adherence.
• Monitor associate compliance and uphold asset protection standards.
• Coach associates to meet KPI and store goals.
