Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Elevate in-store experience by coaching associates and leaders on KPI goals.
• Partner with Store Manager to develop and implement store strategies.
• Drive weekly/monthly KPI performance and manage recognition.
• Oversee inventory, omnichannel activities and store operations.
• Schedule and manage labor to meet business needs.
