Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Consultant to support the San Francisco territory. You will learn and present DePuy Synthes' portfolio to surgeons and hospital staff, driving adoption and clinical value in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

You must be a self-motivated communicator with strong relationship-building skills, able to navigate a matrix organization, and willing to travel as needed to support customers across facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with related experience in medical devices or healthcare
• Experience in surgical/orthopedic settings is preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel as needed and work in hospital environments

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and new products.
• Spearhead selling of F&A products to new accounts and grow existing customers.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of the portfolio.
• Establish and build clinical relationships with key surgeons and evaluators.
• Case coverage: maintain surgeon contact and support during procedures.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager on business plan, targeting and market strategy.
