Job summary

Johnson & Johnson DePuy Synthes is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Consultant to support the San Diego territory. You will present the F&A portfolio, educate surgeons and staff, and build key clinician relationships to grow the business.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree with relevant experience and strong interpersonal, negotiation, and strategic skills, plus the ability to travel within the territory. This role offers on-site work in San Diego with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2 years’ sales/medical experience or equivalent.
• Associates degree plus 4 years related experience considered.
• Certified Surgical Technician with 6+ years in F&A/Trauma/Orthopedics is acceptable.
• Recently transitioned from Active Duty Military may qualify for this role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present the F&A portfolio to new accounts.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on product usage and benefits.
• Build clinical relationships with key surgeons and evaluators.
• Achieve regional sales goals and execute the business plan.
• Coordinate with regional managers to drive territory growth.
