Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes Foot & Ankle division seeks a Sales Consultant to support the San Antonio, TX territory. You will drive growth by engaging surgeons, educating staff, and expanding the customer base with high-value orthopaedic solutions.

You will lead product demonstrations, manage relationships, and coordinate field coverage to meet district goals. Travel and relocation to the territory are required, with a strong focus on medical-ethical standards and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2+ years experience, OR an Associate's degree with 4+ years experience.
• Certified Surgical Technician with 6 years related experience in F&A, Trauma, or Orthopedics.
• Military experience considered.
• Must be able to travel and relocate to territory; valid US driver's license; background check.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in the Foot & Ankle portfolio and competitors.
• Sell F&A products to new accounts and grow existing customers.
• Educate surgeons and staff on proper product use.
• Build clinical relationships with surgeons and evaluators.
• Provide case coverage and support during surgeries.
• Coordinate inventory and ensure on-time product delivery.
• Work with Regional Manager on business plans and market strategy.
