Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Consultant to support the West/San Francisco territory. You will present, demonstrate, and promote DePuy Synthes F&A products to surgeons, build clinical relationships, and drive new business while maintaining existing accounts.

The role requires 3+ years of selling or account management, ability to operate in hospital environments, and strong communication and negotiation skills. Travel and relocation to the territory may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher PLUS a minimum of 2 years’ experience OR
• Associates degree and/or Certified Surgical Technician PLUS 6 years related experience such as F&A, Trauma, and/or Orthopedics OR
• Recently Transitioned Active Duty Military

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and understand competitive products.
• Spearhead selling of F&A products to new accounts and grow with existing customers.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of F&A portfolio.
• Build clinical relationships with surgeons and evaluating staff.
• Provide case coverage and on-call support in territory.
• Collaborate with regional manager on business plan and strategy.
• Ensure timely product delivery and achieve sales targets.
