Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Consultant to support Pittsburgh, PA, focusing on DePuy Synthes orthopedics. You will build relationships with surgeons, educate teams on portfolio usage, and expand the HCP customer base.

The role requires in-territory travel, a strong sales drive, and collaboration with the regional team to hit targets while delivering clinical value to healthcare systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a healthcare field.
• Associates degree with four years related experience acceptable.
• Certified Surgical Technician with six years related experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of the Foot & Ankle portfolio and understand all products.
• Spearhead selling to new accounts and grow sales with existing customers.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of DePuy Synthes products.
• Establish and build clinical relationships with key surgeons and clinicians.
• Provide case coverage and support during surgical cases and OR activities.
• Travel within assigned territory to meet business objectives.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager to create the business plan and market strategy.
• Maintain inventory of sales equipment and promotional materials.
• Ensure timely product delivery to surgery sites and customers.
• Aim to achieve the defined business plan objectives and sales quotas.
