Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes Orthopaedics is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Consultant to support New Orleans, LA territory. You will present, demonstrate, and ensure proper use of the F&A portfolio while building clinical relationships with surgeons and hospital staff.

Responsibilities include acquiring product expertise, expanding accounts, achieving business plans, and collaborating with the Regional Sales Manager to shape territory strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years experience or equivalent.
• Associates degree with 4+ years experience or Certified Surgical Technician with 6+ years in F&A/ Trauma/Orthopedics.
• U.S. driver's license required; ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and understand competitive products.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of products.
• Build clinical relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and evaluators.
• Meet sales goals and manage accounts across assigned territory.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager on business planning and market strategy.
