Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes Orthopaedics division seeks a Foot & Ankle Sales Consultant to grow the F&A HCP customer base in the San Diego territory. You will present, demonstrate, and educate surgeons and OR staff on our product portfolio while building clinical relationships.

The role requires field sales experience in medical devices, strong communication, and the ability to travel. It offers a 100% commission structure with a bi-weekly draw and a path toward achieving business plan

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years' experience OR:
• Associates degree + 4 yr related experience OR:
• Certified Surgical Technician + 6 yr. related experience OR:
• Recently transitioned from Active Duty Military

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and understand competitive products.
• Spearhead selling of F&A product portfolio to new accounts and grow existing customers.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of F&A portfolio.
• Establish and build clinical relationships with key surgeons and clinicians.
• Maintain surgeon contact and support during surgical cases as needed.
• Perform F&A field calls and on-call operating room consultations.
• Collaborate with Trauma partners to grow F&A business in geography.
• Ensure timely product delivery to surgery site.
• Achieve Business Plan Objectives and sales quotas.
• Accurately invoice customers for products.
